Salon Polices


We love our staffs and we know you do to! We also understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments.  We kindly ask that you give us a 24-hour notice if you must cancel an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged $25-$50 for the time of services booked. Any “no-shows” will be charged 50% of the services booked.


When a No-Show/Late Cancellation occurs, it takes large blocks of time that impact our staffs and other guests. We understand that sometimes things happen, however, we try to respect our staffs’ time as much as we try to respect yours.



As a community focused salon, Royal Essence welcomes families and children. However, due to safety considerations, children, ages 8 and under, are not permitted in the salon if they are not receiving a service. 

We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas. Older children, (12+) capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind.



Please notify our reservations specialist before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you have any concerns at all, please let us know. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your service provider immediately.



Although we do not give cash refunds, all services have a limited time guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied, the service you received will be redone at no expense!



We accept cash as well as all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Personal checks are not accepted and we do not give cash back on credit card charges.

Gratuity is not included in the service fees listed on our price list. Gratuity is not accepted on credit cards; however, we do accept gratuity made in cash.
